This DOT Supervisor Training program provides interactive training for employees and supervisors that complies with the latest Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) and numerous state requirements for drug and alcohol training. While some of the DOT Supervisor Training testing requirements differ between the agencies, one requirement remains constant for all agencies; DOT Supervisor Training for Reasonable Suspicion. DOT Supervisor Training

Drug Testing Network's on-line DOT Supervisor Training consists of (4) drug and alcohol training module's. After completing each one successfully, you can print a 'Certificate of Completion'. 

1. Alcohol Testing Education – Trains employees and supervisors about the alcohol testing process and the role of the substance abuse professional in counseling.
2. Drug Testing Education – Teaches employees and supervisors about the drug testing process, from specimen collection, chain of custody, and the medical review of results.
3. Employee Awareness Training – explores the physical effects of different types of drugs and their impact on the workplace, as well as employee responsibility.
4. Supervisor Awareness Training – includes all three modules above, as well as a comprehensive module on recognizing abuse, documenting behavior and determining action.

Employee Training

(Approx. 1 hour)

1.  This training covers the three modules listed above, Alcohol, Drug, and Employee awareness.
2. Provides employees with a basic understanding of the problems associated with drug and alcohol use and the impacts of that use on the workplace. Employees learn when to say “When” and why to say “No”.
3. Teaches employees and supervisors about the drug testing process, from specimen collection, chain of custody, and the medical review of results.
